On our workshops we explore the natural beauty of our green spaces in the center of Cardiff. Discovering through the seasons what we can forage and gather, learning how we can use and celebrate what we find.

 

The course includes:

- An intro to foraging codes and safety

- A light walk of the local area (location to be confirmed when booking)

- An introduction to a number of edible species and where to find them again.

- Recipe ideas including jams, pesto, cocktails and cakes.

- Finished off with a plant based picnic with a foraged twist!
